5 Steps to Success

Our proven framework helps us focus on people, not process.

Step 1: Vision
Step 2: Roadmap
Step 3: Research
Step 4: Analysis
Step 5: Reporting

Step 1: Vision

Imagining the possibilities.

At Roadmap Research Global, our mission is to gather actionable, meaningful data for our clients – the type of data that will take you wherever you want to go. We bring our passion for impact-driven research projects to identify where you want to go through data collection and determine how RRG will help you get there with our research expertise and skill. We want you to be excited about the possibility of what can come from the data we gather leading us to pinpoint exactly what data we need to gather that will help you get there.

Step 2: Roadmap

360° Project Planning.

Using the Project Management Institute’s PMP method, we’ll establish a roadmap for your project from the planning phase, through implementation, to the close. The framework is heavy on risk assessment and monitoring to ensure that we anticipate everything that could go wrong so we can plan for everything to go well.

Step 3: Research

Implement with high participation.

Our goal is to secure high participation in the study to gain trust in the data. The industry standard definition of a successful data collection project is 95% confidence, +/- 5%. We know we can do better. The higher the participation, the more trust and confidence stakeholders have in the data. When people trust the accuracy and truth-telling of their data, AMAZING data-focused planning can happen.

Step 4: Analysis

Finding the story behind the data.

Our analysis treats the data as if it’s a living, breathing thing. We go below the surface to explore data relationships, to look for truly significant findings, to make accurate predictions, and to uncover correlations. When we look at the data, we are looking for the story of our client’s people (employees, students, community members, program participants, etc.)—and how those truths can lead to actionable goals.

Step 5: Reporting

Communicating next steps.

Our documentation will inspire and engage your organization. We circle back to original goals and communicate data that speaks to the original ideas and visions of the project. We have a wide network of consultants who assist us with formulating the amazing, current recommendations. We provide you with as much or as little support needed to move forward. At minimum, findings are presented in person to identified stakeholder groups; at maximum, reporting and recommendations are just the first step in helping our clients conduct a full strategic plan and evaluation cycle.
